*Coloured, grayscale or without any colour at all, as you wish.
Commission prices above include: up to 2 characters and simple background (non-detailed scenery or gradient or flat colour).
• Adding more than 2 characters (3+) costs additional +20% from the chosen type's price for each character.
• Requesting a complex background costs additional +50% from the chosen type's price.
BASIC DEADLINE: 3-4 weeks since your payment.
After finishing your commission, I have a right to post it on my social media page or use it in my portfolio. You may request me not posting it until a specific date, if it needs to be kept secret/surprise.Please see examples of rendered works and sketches (of different complexity) in the Portfolio.PAYMENT: Payoneer.What I CAN do:
• Animals (small animals such as cats, dogs, birds, fish are already counted in, but such animals as dragons, horses and other big/complex beings are counted and cost as +character. Adding many small animals (3+) counts as a complex background).
• Elderly people and kids, neko- and other beings with minor/mildly animalistic traits.
• Couples and ships.
• Minor/mildly bloody scenes.
• Light NSFW.
• Drawing a person from a photo, but note, that they'll be stylized to match my drawing style and may not resemble the reference for 100%.What I WONT do:
• Very realistic and detailed backgrounds or mecha.
• Problematic requests (pedo, incest, etc)
• Strong NSFW/fetish artworks.
• Artworks with a goal to bully someone from the real life.
• Russian fandoms or people.
Terms of Service:
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
• My artworks may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with credits to @tomthepiperarts (X), or printing for yourself. If you're planning to profit off my artworks, please check COMMERCIAL USE below.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My works cannot be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFT's.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subject I will not draw.PAYMENTS & FEES
• All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
• Payments should be paid fully including tax within 1 week.
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 15$ applies if you request that I never post your commission publicly or use it in my portfolio.REVISIONS
• You will receive 3 free minor revisions after the sketch is approved. Major revisions or any additional revisions cost 3$ to 5$ (based on complexity) each, paid before I continue.
• Once the Final is approved, no further changes will be made unless do to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
• I will keep you updated if delays occur.
• Emergency fee (to skip the Queue, if there is any, and be Priority) is 10$.COMMERCIAL USE
I don't mind you using your commissioned artworks for your own profit (such as printing and selling posters, keychains, other merch or streaming), if you're not doing it on a large commercial scale (small quantities only).
But if you are a representative of a brand, publisher, company, or plan to independently sell my works on a large market scale, please contact me to discuss purchasing commercial rights.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
• You may cancel before payment is made.
• Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the Commission.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filling a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complain against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTSYou may:
• Use the artwork for personal and agreed commercial purposes only.
• Post it on social media with a credit to "@tomthepiperarts" (X).You may NOT:
• Claim the authorship of the artwork or fail to credit me.
• Use the artwork for the large-scale commercial profit without permission.
• Remove the signature/watermark.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.BLACKLIST POLICY
• Breaking any of the rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
• The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms above.
